Service Description
Careful consideration and straightforward planning will be combined to reduce operational burdens and ensure IT resilience and business continuity. A simple yet effective Business Continuity program will be developed while working across executive functions, IT, logistics, finance and operations. The plan will not be too complex, too overwhelming or too expensive to maintain. Rather, it will aim to protect the organization’s value drivers by identifying critical resources and key points-of-failure and by providing resilience in terms of people, process, technology and key vendors or partners.
Our Methodology
Cyber Advisory Group will undertake the following steps based on feedback:
- Design a simple business continuity plan based on critical resources, single points-of-failure, recovery point and recovery time objectives
- Test the plan in a realistic setting
- Develop a business continuity coordination team
- Train employees in crisis management so they are ready for the unexpected
- Establish metrics to ensure continuity goals are achieved and maintained
